Description

RFQ This effort is required to provide hardware technical maintenance support for the Congressional Research Service (CRS) owned and operated Steelhead CXA 5055 appliances. They are used to monitor critical CRS enterprise applications and applications that support Congress through the WAN network. The provider will furnish hardware maintenance and telephone support for CRS RiverBed appliances as inventoried and listed in section C.5 of the Statement of Work. The maintenance service should include: Gold Level Support •With Gold Level Support, customers receive the following features: •24 x 7 Access to Web Site, Phone, and Email Support •Software Support, including maintenance releases and major upgrades •Hardware Support In the event of a hardware failure, Riverbed will repair or replace the hardware through ground delivery, after receiving the failed unit. •Advance replacement for requests confirmed by Riverbed by 2:00 PM local time during a normal business day (using the time zone of the location of the nearest replacement product depot) will be shipped for next business day delivery; delivery time may depend on International customs clearing and export/import laws and regulations for non-US destinations.
