Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, NCO 20, in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) (single source), intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Beckman Coulter, Inc., for the maintenance and service of the MoFlo XDP cell sorter equipment in Boise, ID. NAICS 811219 applies. This notice of intent is not a solicitation or request for offers. No solicitation package is available. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered. A determination not to compete is solely within the discretion of the Government. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that the responding company can provide the critical inspection and calibrations services, authorized equipment components and repair services equal to the original manufacturer inspection and calibrations services, authorized equipment components and repair services. Responses must be received no later than 15:00pm PST on 19 May 2015. All responses must be e-mailed to Krystal.weeks@va.gov.
