- The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) William J. Hughes Technical Center, located at the Atlantic City International Airport, New Jersey, has an upcoming requirement for Radio Communications System Maintenance and Repair Services. The commencement date of this requirement is July 1, 2015. The FAA plans to issue a one year base contract, with four (4) one year options. This requirement will be predominantly Firm Fixed Price with Time and Material Requirements on an as needed basis. This requirement is a total business set-aside, under a North American Industry Classification Code (NAIC) of 811213 Communication Equipment Repair and Maintenance, with a size standard of $11.0 Million. NOTE: There is a MANDATORY SITE VISIT scheduled for Wednesday, May 6, 2015 at 1:00PM. PROPOSALS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FROM ANY PARTIES THAT DO NOT ATTEND THE SITE VISIT. Interested parties must provide advanced notification of their attendance at the site visit by e-mailing this notification to sharon.spector@faa.gov on or before 5:00PM Friday, May 1, 2015. Offerors are advised that a maximum of two (2) people per perspective offeror may participate at the site visit. The e-mail notification should contain the following information: company name, name(s) of attendees, and phone number of each attendee. All parties will meet at the William J. Hughes Technical Center, Security Operations Center (SOC), Atlantic City International Airport, NJ. NOTE: This will be the only site visit scheduled; therefore, arrangements for individual site visits will not be honored. Again, THOSE NOT IN ATTENDANCE AT THE SITE VISIT WILL NOT BE PERMITTED TO SUBMIT AN OFFER FOR AWARD. SIR DTFACT-15-R-00012 is provided as an attachment to this announcement along with all related documents/information. Any questions regarding the contents of this SIR and/or resulting from the site visit must be addressed via e-mail to sharon.spector@faa.gov on or before 5:00PM Friday, May 8, 2015.
