- NSN: 4920-01-579-6399, HYDRAULIC SERVICING UNIT; Approved Manufacturer is Chant Engineering,P/N 9824. This item includes Export Control. This item is solicited as Unrestricted Other than Full and Open Competitive basis. Terms are FOB Destination and Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. This NSN is being solicited as FAR Part 12 commercial item. Also, this item is not a critical application item. This item is a stock item. Requested delivery is 129 Days ARO. Solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC). The contract will be effective for one-year period with provisions included to extend the term of the contract up to four (4) options year period. The estimated annual quantity is 231 each per contract period. The contract will include a guaranteed minimum quantity of 58 each (base year only) and a total contract maximum quantity of 333 each. The minimum delivery order is 58 each and the maximum delivery order quantity is 116 each. Surge requirements are not applicable. Deliveries will be to DLA stock locations on the east and west coast. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
