- RFQP0318150012 Cover Letter The Federal Bureau of Prisons - Federal Correctional Institution Aliceville has issued a solicitation, RFQP0318150012, for the requirements of: 4th QUARTER FY15 - DIARY. FOB Destination, delivery will begin on July 6, 2015, and end on July 25, 2015. Deliveries will be made to the 11070 Hwy 14, Attn: Food Service Warehouse, Aliceville, Alabama 35442. The contract type is firm -fixed price. The Government reserves the right upon award to make a formal single or multiple awards. The Government will award to the responsible offer(s) whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, that are considered to be most advantageous to the Government, with past performance and price considered, prices being rated higher than past performance. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed solely through this site www.fedbizopps.gov. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to insure of having the most up to date information about this solicitation. The deadline for receipt of quotes is June 8, 2015, 1:00 p.m., Central Standard Time. Quotes received after closing date will not be considered. Payments will be made using Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). Each offer is required per 52.212-3 to complete their representations and certifications via the on line Representation and Certification Applications (ORCA) at http://orca.bpn.gov. Faith Based and Community Based Organizations (Aug 2005) are included. No faxed quotes will be accepted. Blank pages are unnecessary. The Contracting Officer will verify registration prior to award by entering the potential awardee's DUNS number at www.sam.gov database.
