Description

Notice of Intent to Sole Source Solicitation Number: VA701-15-N-0127 The Department of Veteran Affairs, Program Contracting Activity Central (PCAC) intends to solicit and negotiate directly with TECO Energy, INC 702 North Franklin St. Tampa, FL 33602, to enter into a Utility Energy Savings Contract (UESC) for Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN) 8 Tampa, FL under the authority of 42 U.S.C. 8256, as implemented by FAR 6.302-5, Authorized or Required by Statute. DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT: TECO will provide demand side management type services to reduce energy consumption directly or indirectly reduce the peak demand, and provide energy related operations, maintenance and repair services for natural gas, steam, electric power, water, or waste water at the VISN 8 facilities.
