Description

VA786-15-R-0226 Pre Solicitation Notice for Concrete Services For Massachusetts National Cemetery, Connery Avenue, Bourne, MA 02532 Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, material and supervision necessary to perform construction survey, place concrete sidewalk, ADA handicap ramps, mulch beds, benches/bench pads and relocate monuments to develop a reverent Memorial Walkway to NCA Shrine Standards at the Massachusetts National Cemetery, Connery Avenue, Bourne, MA 02532. Magnitude of Construction: Between $25,000 - $100,000 100% Set aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) NAIC: 238110 Size Standard: $15 million RFP VA786-15-R-0226 - The Contractor shall furnish all personnel, supervision, professional expertise, vehicles, tools, materials, services, equipment and quality control necessary to: "Handicap Ramps: All labor, equipment, parts, materials and supervision necessary to excavate, place aggregate base, place form and concrete, finish grading and cleanup. "Sidewalk: All labor, equipment, parts, materials and supervision necessary to excavate, place aggregate base, place form and concrete, finish grading and cleanup. "Landscaping and Mulch: All labor, equipment, parts, materials and supervision necessary to excavate, place aggregate base, place mulch, finish grading and cleanup. "Relocate Monuments: Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, material and supervision necessary to relocate 55 existing Memorial Monuments. "Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, material and supervision necessary to place 5 benches/bench pads. Project will be for 45 days after receipt of the notice to proceed. This acquisition is for a 100% Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Set-Aside. North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code 5238110 is applicable. Please reference Solicitation Number RFP VA786-15-R-0226 on remittances. An electronic solicitation will be available for download from www.FedBizOpps.gov on or about May 28, 2015. Responses to the solicitation are due by 2:00 p.m., June 25, 2015. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining amendments to the solicitation which is available at Fed Biz Opps.
