This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.The solicitation number is W911RZ-15-T-0085 and is issued as an invitation for bids (IFB), unless otherwise indicated herein.The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-82. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 313220 with a small business size standard of 500.00 employees.This requirement is a [ Small Business ] set-aside and only qualified offerors may submit bids.The solicitation pricing on www.FedBid.com will start on the date this solicitation is posted and will end on 2015-06-15 15:30:00.0 Eastern Time or as otherwise displayed at www.FedBid.com.FOB Destination shall be FORT CARSON, CO 80913 The MICC Fort Carson requires the following items, Meet or Exceed, to the following: LI 001: ITEM 1: Wall Banners (4 sets of 2) 1. Material: Lightweight dupioni silk base material, matching satin linings, with wool/metallic yarn embroidery. 2. Size: Large wall banners that are 107? long by 34? wide. The top of the banner will have a 3? pocket opening for hanging on a horizontal pole. 3. Colors: Wall banners will come in the four standard liturgical colors of red, green, purple and ivory. 4 sets of banners, 2 of each color, 8 banners total. 4. Design: Banners will contain a neutral decorative design running the full length of the banner with no specific religious symbols. Vendor will provide options to the customer for review and approval of this design., 8, EA; LI 002: ITEM 2: Statue Banners (4 sets of 2) 1. Material: Lightweight dupioni silk base material, matching satin linings, with wool/metallic yarn embroidery. 2. Size: Banners for underneath statues of Mary and Joseph that are 68? long by 17 3/4? wide. No pocket opening required, banners are not hung, but draped over pedestals and kept in place by the statues. 3. Colors: Statue banners will come in the four standard liturgical colors of red, green, purple and ivory. 4 sets of banners, 2 of each color, 8 banners total. 4. Design: Banners will contain a neutral decorative design running the full length of the banner with no specific religious symbols and will match the wall banners., 8, EA; LI 003: ITEM 3: Altar Frontals (4) 1. Material: Lightweight dupioni silk base material with wool/metallic yarn embroidery. 2. Size and Style: The top of the altar measures 81? long by 34? wide by 38? tall. Altar frontal will be the Full Frontal style and will include 6? of additional altar top linen to drop behind the free standing altar with a hidden rod pocket at the end for securing the hanging in place. 3. Colors: Altar Frontals will come in the four standard liturgical colors of red, green, purple and ivory. 1 of each color, 4 altar frontals total. 4. Design: Altar Frontals will contain a neutral decorative design with no specific religious symbols and will match the wall banners., 4, EA; LI 004: ITEM 4: Credence Table Cloths (2) 1. Material: Pure white, mid-weight fair linen, plain with no symbols or embroidery 2. Size and Style: Cloths will be 72?long by 18? wide. The top of the Credence Table measures 42? long by 18? wide by 30? tall. 3. Color/Design: Credence Table Cloths will be pure white, plain, with no symbols or embroidery. 2 total., 2, EA; LI 005: ITEM 5: Altar Linens (5) 1. Material: Pure white, mid-weight fair linen with hand-worked embroidery. 2. Size and Style: Altar Linens will be 119?long by 34? wide. 3. Color/Design: 2 of the altar linens should be plain with no symbols or embroidery. 3 of the altar linens will have hand worked neutral decorative embroidered ends with no specific religious symbols. Vendor will provide options to the customer for review and approval of this design., 5, EA; LI 006: SHIPPING (utilizing two line of accounting), 1, EA; LI 007: ITEM 1: Choir Robes (30) 1. Material: 100% polyester fabric, stain resistant, wrinkle resistant and washable. 2. Style: Full-length robe appropriate for Gospel style choir and congregation, two contrasting colors. Embroidered design may be included as part of the base design, or provided as an additional item as seen in Item 2. Stole or banner may be included as part of the base design, or will be an additional item as seen in Item 3. 3. Color: Cream or White base color, with Red or Maroon accent color. 4. Quantities and Sizes: Vendor will coordinate with customer to provide specific sizes and lengths in accordance with vendor sizing charts. Approximate quantities of standard sizes are included below for reference: a. M40? length5 b. L44? length15 c. XL44? length 5 d. XL46? length 3 e. XXL48? length2, 30, EA; LI 008: ITEM 2: Embroidery (31 as needed) 1. Style: If included as part of base design, either a cross or a dove is acceptable. If added design, embroidery will be a dimensional cross and dove. 2. Color: Per standard design or Metallic Gold if additional. 3. Location: On stole or banner, whether part of base design or additional item., 31, EA; LI 009: ITEM 3: Stoles (31 as needed) 1. Material: 100% polyester fabric, stain resistant, wrinkle resistant and washable. 2. Style: Reversible stole with two tone front and solid color back. 3. Color: The front of the stole will match the colors of the base robe (Red or Maroon and White or Cream) to match base design and the reversible back of the stole will be Gold., 31, EA; LI 010: ITEM 4: Director?s Robe (1) 1. Material: 100% polyester fabric, stain resistant, wrinkle resistant and washable. 2. Style: Full-length robe appropriate for Gospel style choir and congregation, two contrasting colors. Sleeves will be split to allow for ease of movement while conducting. Embroidered design will be the same as above and may be included as part of the base design, or provided as an additional item as seen in Item 2. Stole or banner will be the same as above and may be included as part of the base design, or will be an additional item as seen in Item 3. 3. Color: The Director?s Robe will be the same colors as the base design, but the contrasting colors will be switched to provide a Robe that is reversed from the choir robes. 4. Size: Vendor will coordinate with customer to provide a Director?s Robe in a specific size and length in accordance with vendor sizing chart., 1, EA; LI 011: SHIPPING (utilizing two line of accounting), 1, EA; Solicitation and Buy Attachments ***Question Submission: Interested offerors must submit any questions concerning the solicitation at the earliest time possible to enable the Buyer to respond. Questions not received within a reasonable time prior to close of the solicitation may not be considered.*** For this solicitation, MICC Fort Carson intends to conduct an online competitive reverse auction to be facilitated by the third-party reverse auction provider, FedBid, Inc. FedBid has developed an online, anonymous, browser based application to conduct the reverse auction. An Offeror may submit a series of pricing bids, which descend in price during the specified period of time for the aforementioned reverse auction. MICC Fort Carson is taking this action in an effort to improve both vendor access and awareness of requests and the agency's ability to gather multiple, competed, real-time bids.All responsible Offerors that respond to this solicitation MUST submit the pricing portion of their bid using the online exchange located at www.FedBid.com.
