Description: This project consists of work included here, but not limited to: All preparation, patching, priming and exterior painting of one (1) Admdinistrative Office building and one (1) Fire Engine Garage at the Decanso Ranger Station site in Alpine, California. Buildings are to be cleaned in their entirety with high-pressure, hot water equipment. Patching of nail and/or screw holes with exterior filler, caulking of joints with flexible caulk, and filling of splits or cracks with hard plastic filler.
