- Attachment 5 - OSHA 1910 & 1926 Attachment 4 - Davis-Bacon Wage Rates Attachment 3 - Site Map Attachment 2 - Plans Attachment 1 - Specifications Solicitation Document SF-1442 Solicitation, Offer & Award Warren Township Wetland Reserve Program (WRP) Restoration Project, Waushara County, WI. **START DATE FOR PROJECTS IS CONTINGENT UPON SITE CONDITIONS AND RECEIPT OF PERMITS. NRCS HAS APPLIED FOR ALL NEEDED PERMITS** The Warren Township Wetlands Reserve Easement (WRE) Restoration Project consists of restoring a drained and degraded former wetland. PROJECT PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: 35 calendar days. SITE SHOWING: A site showing will be conducted Tuesday, 5/19/15, at 2 pm CST. Meet at T18N R12E Section 8. The site is within the city limits of Redgranite. Access to site is a private driveway off Bonnell Avenue. Site entrance is a grass field road. See Attachment 3, Site Map. In order to be considered for award, a firm must submit the following: • Solicitation, Offer, and Award, Standard Form 1442 (one original signed copy), pages 1 and 2, with blocks 14 through 20 completed • Completed Section B - Price Schedule. Electronically complete Representations, Certifications, and Other Statements of Quoters, electronically at the SAM website, https://www.sam.gov. Emailed submissions ARE acceptable.
