This Sources Sought/Market Survey Notice is being conducted by Network 11 Contracting Office, 24 Frank Lloyd Wright Drive, STE M2200, Ann Arbor, 48105 to identify sources that are capable of providing rental of medical CO2 Lasers, surgical equipment and technician services for the period of one year from date of award plus four (4) option years for the VA Ann Arbor Healthcare System, 2215 Fuller Road, Ann Arbor, MI 48105. The Contractor shall provide all equipment, materials, labor, maintenance and supplies necessary to provide support for per-case access to mobile medical lasers, surgical equipment and trained technicians to operate If this is a service your business can provide, respond to this Sources Sought by Tuesday, May 19, 2015, 4:00 p.m. EST.
