- DELIVERY PROCEDURES BID SHEET 16-19 35-36 BID SHEET 8-15 BID SHEET 1-7 RFQ SUBISTENCE RFQP031001500003 The Federal Bureau of Prisons plans to issue RFQP0P01301500003 for the provision of subsistence products to the Federal Detention Center located in Miami, Florida. Delivery is required on or after January 2, 2015. The small business size standard is 500 employees. Any contractor interested in obtaining a contract award with the Federal Bureau of Prisons must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration database in the System for Award Management at http://www.sam.gov. Each offeror is required to complete their registrations and certifications via the On-line Representations and Certifications Applications http://www.sam.gov or provide a completed copy of FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications--Commercial Items, with their quote. Faith Based and Community Based Organizations have the right to submit offers equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit a written offer which will be considered for award. The solicitation will be available on or after November 20,2014 with a due date of December 17, 2014, 6:00 AM EST, Offers should be e-mailed to pchikalla@bop.gov. The solicitation will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration's Federal Business Opportunities web site http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. Hard copies of the solicitation document will not be available. The site provides downloading instructions.
