- RFQP03101500020 BREAD ITEMS The Federal Detention Center Miami intends to issue a solicitation for the Quarterly Requirements for Bread Products. FOB Destination. Delivery dates will begin July 1, 2015 thru September 30, 2015 for a (3) month period. There will be delivery per week on Monday A.M, unless there is a holiday the delivery will occur on Tue.
