- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 0001/Lodging - 19-20 June 2015 (two nights)-San Antonio, TX: --15 Double Rooms on 19 June 2015 --10 Double Rooms on 20 June 2015 --Quotes shall include parking to accommodate 30 vehicles on 20 June **Late check-out is required on 21 June 2015. 0002/Breakfast meals - 20 June 2015 --40 Breakfast meals on 20 June 2015 --Breakfast meals will be 7:00am to 8:00am 0003/Lunch meals - 20 June 2015 --40 Lunch Meals on 20 June 2015 --Lunch meals will be 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm 0004/Meeting Space/Meeting Rooms: All meeting room spaces must adequately hold the required number of persons without any adverse restrictions on attendees, or interference in the meeting process. Contractor must have conference space available on 20 June 2015 as indicated in the performance work statement. 0005/Internet access. Contractor must be able to provide wireless internet connection in the conference area/meeting spaces. 0006/Contract Manpower Reporting. The contractor shall report all labor hours (including subcontractor labor hours) required for performance of services provided under this contract for the Texas Army National Guard via a secure collection site. The contractor is required to completely fill in all required data fields using the following web address: http://www.ecmra.mil/. Reporting inputs will be for the labor executed during the period of performance during each Government fiscal year (FY), which runs October 1 through September 30. While inputs may be reported any time during the FY, all data shall be reported no later than October 31 of each calendar year, beginning with 2013.
