Description
Statement of Work Bid Schedule Combined Synopsis/Solicitation: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for the acquisition of commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this announcement. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation Number: FA8201-15-R-0011 Classification Data: NAICS Code: 811310 Size Standard: $7.5M FSC Code: Z199 Description of item(s) to be acquired: The contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, parts and labor necessary to inspect, maintain, and repair the real property elevator equipment at Hill AFB and at Little Mountain, Utah, in a manner that will ensure continuous and safe operation. The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price contract for this requirement. Please also reference the attached Statement of Work (SOW) for Terms and Detailed Description Document for exact specifications. CLIN 0001 - Preventative Maintenance - Contractor shall provide all tools, materials, and labor to provide elevator maintenance and inspection services at Hill AFB, UT, 12 Months. CLIN 0002 - Elevator Repair - Contract shall submit quotes for elevator repair as needed. Dates and Place of Performance: 12 months from contract award. Performance shall begin at contract award. Evaluation of Proposals: Evaluation is on LPTA (lowest price technically acceptable) basis. All offers will be evaluated on their proposed Total Price. The contract will be awarded to the company with lowest price, which is found to be technically acceptable IAW the SOW. Only one award will be made under this solicitation. Award will be conducted under the provisions of FAR Part 12, Commercial Items, and FAR 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Submit only written offers; oral offers will not be accepted. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM). Notice to Offerors: The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. This requirement is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. FAR 52.219-6 Notice of Total Small Business Set-Aside applies. Applicable Provisions/Clauses: This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-82. The following provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition: 52.212-1 INSTRUCTIONS TO OFFERORS-COMMERCIAL ITEMS (IAW FAR 12.301(b)(1)) JAN 2005 Addendum to 52.212-1: Paragraph (b), entitled "Submission of Offers", Offers are due by 1400 MST, 28 May 2015 via electronic mail to tyler.davidson@us.af.mil. 52.212-2: Evaluation -- Commercial Items (a) The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: (i) price; (ii) technical capability of the service offered to meet the Government requirement; to be considered technical acceptable, offerors should submit along with their price: (A) An acceptable, written maintenance plan in accordance with Statement of Work (B) An acceptable, written maintenance schedule in accordance with Statement of Work (C) An acceptable Safety Plan in accordance with Statement of Work (b) A written notice of award or acceptance of an offer, mailed or otherwise furnished to the successful offeror within the time for acceptance specified in the offer, shall result in a binding contract without further action by either party.
