- Description
- Department of Veterans Affairs Network 21 Contracting Office will be issuing a Request for Proposal for the construction of an approximately 12,500 sq. ft. Neurocognitive TBI Research Building at the Martinez Outpatient Clinic, demolition of an existing structure and the construction of a parking lot at 150 Muir Road Martinez, CA 94553. This building shall be constructed as required by the plans and specifications. Solicitation will be set aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses. This is a Pre-Solicitation announcement only. Solicitation documents are not currently available and will be available on or about June 22, 2015. Offerors will be required to submit both a technical and pricing proposal. The solicitation will contain proposal instructions. A Pre-Proposal Conference and Project Site Visit will be held at the VA Martinez Outpatient Clinic. The time, date, and location of this conference will be included in the solicitation documents. Estimated project cost is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000. Questions regarding the solicitation must be sent in writing to denard.fobbs@va.gov
