Attch 7 - 45 SFS Badge Visitor Request Form Attch 6 - Question & AnswerTemplate Attch 5 - GPP Certification Attch 4 - Hazard Waste Form Attch 3 - Davis Bacon Wage Determination 8 May 15 Attch 2 - Repair HVAC Various Facilities Drawings Attch 1 - Repair HVAC Various Facilities Specifications FA2521-15-B-0008 Replace HVAC Various Facilities, CCAFS The 45th Contracting Squadron, Patrick AFB, FL announces the release of the solicitation to repair HVAC systems in various facilities located on Cape Canaveral Air Force Station, FL. The required support will provide all labor, materials, equipment, and transportation necessary to replace the HVAC system in 8 buildings as shown on plans and specifications: 55865 Storage Facility B Replacement of pad mounted DX package unit serving the facility. Replacement will require modification of the existing exterior supply and return ductwork to accommodate new package unit supply and return air openings. Update controls to bring HVAC system onto the base EMCS and add emergency shutoff switch. 44440 Replacement of DX split system serving the facility to include both AHU and pad mounted condensing unit. Replacement will require modification of the existing supply and return ductwork to accommodate new units supply and return air openings as well as outside air connection and intake. Update controls to bring HVAC system onto the base EMCS and add emergency shutoff switch. 54850 Replacement of two DX split systems serving the facilities office and high bay areas to include both AHU's and pad mounted condensing units. Replacement will require modification of the existing supply and return ductwork to accommodate new units supply and return air openings as well as outside air connection and intake. Update controls to bring HVAC system onto the base EMCS and add emergency shutoff switch. 54731 Replacement of the two chilled water AHU's serving the facility and fan coil unit above ceiling in laboratory requires relocation. Both replacements will require modification of the existing supply, return and outside air ductwork, and chilled water piping to accommodate new units as well as. Update controls to bring HVAC system onto the base EMCS and add emergency shutoff switch. 1724 Replacement of DX split system serving the facility from the adjacent high bay to include both AHU and pad mounted condensing unit. Replacement will require modification of the existing supply and return ductwork to accommodate new units supply and return air openings as well as outside air connection and intake. Update controls to bring HVAC system onto the base EMCS and add emergency shutoff switch. 5951 Replacement of DX split system serving the facility from the adjacent high bay to include both AHU and pad mounted condensing unit. Replacement will require modification of the existing supply and return ductwork to accommodate new units supply and return air openings as well as outside air connection and intake. Update controls to bring HVAC system onto the base EMCS and add emergency shutoff switch. 60600 Replacement of the two chilled water AHU's serving the first and second floors of the facility. Both replacements will require modifications of the existing ductwork and chilled water piping to accommodate new units. 62720 Replacement of and split system and pad mounted DX package units serving the facility, to include both AHU's and pad mounted condensing unit. Replacement will require modification of the existing ductwork to accommodate the new units. Replace and modify existing inline laboratory exhaust system to relocate exhaust outlet and place fan on operable switch. Update controls to bring HVAC system onto the base EMCS and add emergency shutoff switch. Period of performance is 210 calendar days after Notice to Proceed is issued. The construction magnitude is $500,000 - $1,000,000. Solicitation is posted with a closing date of 15 June 2015. NOTICE TO OFFERORS: FUNDS ARE NOT PRESENTLY AVAILABLE FOR THIS PROJECT. NO AWARD WILL BE MADE UNTIL FUNDS ARE AVAILABLE TO MAKE PAYMENTS UNDER A CONTRACT. THE GOVERNMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CANCEL THIS SOLICITATION, EITHER BEFORE OR AFTER IFB CLOSING, WITH NO OBLIGATION TO THE OFFEROR BY THE GOVERNMENT.
