Exhibit L Exhibits A-K Attachment J-4 Attachment J-3 Attachment J-2 Attachment J-1 Solicitation Document Provide materials and services necessary to accomplish management, material support services, labor, supplies, and equipment deemed necessary to provide marine boatyard and industrial support which includes specific modifications, upgrades, service life extension and repairs to Non-Commissioned boats, craft, lighterage and service craft and their associated systems and periodic maintenance primarily in support of San Diego area Naval Facilities boats, craft, lighterage, and service craft custodians. The work is broken out into two (2) different Lots. Lot I is for marine boatyard services and industrial support for boats, craft, lighterage or service craft less than 15 meters or 50 feet in length (by Navy hull designation or Length Overall (LOA)) or less that can be transported via roadway by a trailer. Lot I also includes work on boats, craft, lighterage or service craft less than 15 meters or 50 feet in length (by Navy hull designation or Length Overall (LOA)) or less outside the contractor's boatyard locally or around the world. Lot II is for marine boatyard services and industrial support for boats, craft, lighterage or service craft greater than or equal to 15 meters or 50 feet in length (by Navy hull designation or Length Overall (LOA)) that can be transported via roadway by a trailer or must be delivered on its bottom (via waterway) and for boats, craft, lighterage or service craft less than 15 meters or 50 feet in length (by Navy hull designation or Length Overall (LOA)), that must be delivered on its bottom (via waterway) (as defined by the Government in the task order). Lot II also includes work on boats, craft, lighterage or service craft greater than or equal to 15 meters or 50 feet in length (by Navy hull designation or Length Overall (LOA)) outside the contractor's boatyard locally and around the world. The contractor may submit a proposal on one lot or both lots. This will be an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity, Firm Fixed Price contract for a base year with four (4) one-year options. Performance of work will be predominantly on the West Coast of the United States. Award will be based on best-value procurement utilizing past performance, technical and price as evaluation factors. FAR 52.216-27 Single or Multiple Awards (OCT 1995) applies. This procurement is not restricted to MSRA/ABR contractors. This is a follow-on procurement. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by this agency.
