- Wage Determination Performance Work Statement Solicitation This is a combined synopsis solicitation and a competitive 100% Small Business Set-aside Request for Quotation (RFQ). The acquisition is subject to the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 811219 with a size standard of $20.5 million or less. This requirement is solicited as a commercial item acquisition prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subparts 12 and 13. A firm-fixed price contract award is contemplated. This project consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment and transportation necessary to replace the AC and DC Capacitors for two MGE Galaxy PW 150 kVA UPS units and the removal and replacement of conduits, wire and hardware for the modification of two UPS cabinets and the removal of (2) sets of UPS buss ties in accordance with the Performance Work Statement. The UPS units are located at the Western Area Power Administration, 615 S. 43rd Ave, Phoenix Arizona. Only new equipment of current manufacture shall be supplied under this contract. Note: Any prospective contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) in order to be eligible for award. Ensure you're Online Representations and Certifications is completed and current in SAMS. It is important to read the solicitation COMPLETELY as there are DATES that MUST be met. A site visit may be scheduled if deemed necessary.
