- THIS PROCUREMENT IS A 100% SET ASIDE- FOR INDIAN OWNED AND CONTROLLED BUSINESSES IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE BUY-INDIAN ACT (25 USC 47). The Bureau of Indian Affairs is soliciting invitation for Bid for Hot Asphalt Concrete Pavement Surfacing on Bureau of Indian Affairs Route 27 on the Fort Berthold Indian Reservation, Dunn County, North Dakota. The contractor must have extensive knowledge and experience in completing road repair projects that conformed to the Standard Specifications for Construction of Roads and Bridges of Federal Highway Projects FP-03. The contractor shall provide a statement of personnel qualifications for key employees. The contractor will be required to provide all equipment and labor necessary to accomplish this project. The NAICS code for this project is 237310 Highway, Street, and Bridge Construction and has a size standard of $36.5 Million. This is a Buy ¿ Indian Set Aside- means the company must be 51% Native American owned and operated. This will be a fixed price contract with an estimated price range between $1,000,000 - $5,000,000.
