Electronic RSVPs be sure to include "MCC INDUSTRY DAY" in the subject line of your e-mail. MCC's Monitoring and Evaluation Division manages MCC's portfolio of independent evaluations. MCC seeks an Independent Evaluator to design and implement evaluations of the Ghana I and Tanzania I Roads projects, as well as several other MCC Compact projects in the future. The Contractor will be responsible for conducting cost-benefit assessment of the roads using the Highway Development and Management (HDM-4) model including data collection, Origin-Destination surveys, and an evaluation of the country's roads maintenance regime including political economy analysis. This Industry Day is related to the recent request for information notices that were posted to FedBizOps: MCC-15-RFI-0085 "Tanzania Roads MCC-15-RFI-0097 "Ghana N1 Roads". Both notices are included in this notice. This event seeks to create a forum for dialogue between MCC and independent evaluators in the roads sector to help the Government better understand the capacity available on the marketplace and help the vendors understand their options in writing proposals.
