- The Federal Bureau of Prisons, FCI La Tuna Anthony, TX is issuing solicitation RFQP05101500025, for the requirements of: 4th Qtr Subsistence. This solicitation is set-aside 100% for Small Business, FOB Destination delivery date will begin July 1, 2015 and must be received no later than July 15, 2015. Deliveries will be made to FCI La Tuna 8500 Doniphan Dr. Anthony, TX 79821. Any contract awarded will be a firm fixed price type. Faith-based and Community-based organizations can submit offers/bids/quotations equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible. The Government reserves the right to make single or multiple awards. The Government will award to the responsible offeror(s) whose offer is considered to be most advantageous to the Government. All information regarding this solicitation will be posted to the General Services Administration's Federal Business Opportunities website: http://www.fbo.gov. Hard copies will not be distributed. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure they have the most up-to-date information about this solicitation. The closing date for receipt of quotes is May 29, 2015 by 1:00 pm, Mountain Time. The point of contact for all information regarding this solicitation is Christy Bird, Contracting Officer.
