- AMENDMENT 0004: The purpose of this amendment is to provide responses to vendor submitted questions as follows: Q21. It is understood that the contract requires two (2) shifts of 12 hours. Can one (1) monitor work part of a 12-hour shift and be relieved by another monitor for the remainder of the same shift ? A21. Scheduling individuals will be the responsibility of the contractor. Q22.If there is one primary work station and one secondary work station, will both need to be staffed at the same time? A22. No, the secondary work station is only utilized as a failsafe if in the event there is an equipment failure at the primary which cannot be immediately restored. They will not be staffed at the same time. Q23. Are 12-hour shifts mandatory? A23. No, scheduling will be the responsibility of the contractor. The hour and date specified for receipt of offers is not extended.
