Description

LEBANON VETERANS AFFAIRS MEDICAL CENTER SEEKING LEASED SPACE IN HARRISBURG The Federal Government is seeing approximately 3,000 first floor net useable sq. ft. office space for use by the Department of Veterans Affairs (tenant) for personnel, furnishings in order to accommodate a Veterans Center to conveniently and effectively serve our Veterans. The space must be of sound and substantial construction. It must be located in a prime commercial district with professional surroundings within the city of Harrisburg. The Government will accept offerors from vendors situated within the following boundaries: North - Linglestown Road - Route 39 West - N Front Street South - Forster Street/State Street East - Foute 230/ N Cameron Street Space must meet all federal, state and local building codes, have off street parking to accommodate 20 spaces and 2 handicapped spaces in accordance with ADA specifications. Streets and public walks must be well maintained. The Lebanon VA Medical Center currently leases 3000 NUSF of office space, at 1500 North Second Street Harrisburg PA 17102. The current standstill agreement expires on March 31 2016. The Government would consider alternate space if economically and conveniently advantageous to the Government. The government will consider the location, cost of moving, alterations, etc. when deciding whether it should relocate. Please understand that this is not an invitation for bid or a solicitation for offer, but merely an inquiry for space. Information regarding availability of space meeting the minimum requirements and including an existing floor plan will be due via e-mail to Mr. Rishi Mathur, rishi.mathur@va.gov between 15 May 2015 thru 24 May 2015. Site visits will be scheduled from 26 May 2015 to 29 May 2015.
