- The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Community Treatment Services Contracting; Washington, D.C. is seeking quotes from sources having the ability to provide community-based out-patient Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services in Eugene, Oregon. Location of services should be within a 10 miles radius of the Lane County Department of Public Safety RRC/Lane County Work Release at 75 West 5th Avenue, Eugene, Oregon 97401. Performance periods under this contract will be for a one-year base period to begin on October 01, 2015 with four (4) one-year option renewal periods with service ending (if all options are renewed) on September 30, 2020. The services required for this contract include a Base Year, Option Year One, Option Year Two, Option Year Three and Option Year Four, respectively. The Following services are required and may be sub-contracted to another licensed contractor. The request for quote will be available on or after June 15, 2015 and will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration's Federal Business Opportunities web site http: //www.fedbizopps.gov. Hard copies of the request for quote will not be available. The site provides downloading instructions. Faith-Based and Community -Based Organizations can submit offers/bids/quotations equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible. This requirement is unrestricted. The Bureau anticipates awarding a firm-fixed price contract. All responsible business concerns may submit a quote which will be considered by this agency.
