- This is a synopsis/pre-solicitation notice for commercial supplies. It is intended to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract to DEL Imaging Systems, LLC. (DEL). The Naval Surface Warfare Center Carderock Division (NSWCCD) Philadelphia has established a requirement for an Os8-S3 camera having the following requirements: • Minimum 1600 x 1200 pixel resolution at 6,100 frames a second • 12 bit depth monochrome 1 inch sensor • ISO 6000 performance • Camera body not to exceed 2.95 x 3.42x 3.75 inch • 1.3 lbs or less • C-Mount lens format to maintain small form factor • Shock 200G I Vibration 40 G all axes • Onboard data backup for data integrity • 8,000 or greater frames per recording • IRIG time standard input • TTL trigger input • Extended breakout box with trigger and synchronization interface • Windows and Mac OS compatible. Additionally, the following items are required for matching, multi-point measurements and performance: • Two (2) Kowa LM8HC C-Mount, 8mm, 1 inch sensor lens • Two (2) Kowa LM12HC C-Mount, 12mm, 1 inch sensor lens • Two (2) Kowa LM16HC C-Mount, 16mm, 1 inch sensor lens • Two (2) Kowa LM25HC C-Mount, 25mm, 1 inch sensor lens • ·Two (2) Kowa LMZ16160AMPDC-IR C-Mount, 16-160mm, 1 inch sensor zoom lens • Three (3) Pleican im2400 black cases with pluck foam • Os8-S3 Water tight Tube Lens Mount Cover • Two (2) Nikon F mount to C-mount adapters. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302-1. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals and does not constitute a solicitation. However, all proposals received prior to the closing date will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
