Description
Brand Name Justification This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is FA5205-15-Q-TC03; this solicitation is a request for quotation. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2005-82, DPN 20150420, and AFAC 2015-0406. This acquisition is a sole source requirement; the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 423430. The Federal Supply Class (FSC) is 7030. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) is 5045. CLIN 0001: Mitsubishi Facima software (Hyper V) to include installation of software to server for Civil Engineering virtual local area network (CE VLAN). P/N: YH115C583 Quantity: 1 Each Manufacturer: Mitsubishi EVALUATION CRITERIA: Quotes will be evaluated in accordance with FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation - Commercial Items. (a) The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: Price. (b) A written notice of award or acceptance of an offer mailed or otherwise furnished to the successful offeror within the time for acceptance specified in the offer, shall result in a binding contract without further action by either party. Before the offer's specified expiration time, the Government may accept an offer (or part of an offer), whether or not there are negotiations after its receipt, unless a written notice of withdrawal is received before award.
