- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is soliciting for quotes for the purchase of a new 2015 Electric Off Road Vehicle delivered to Crosslake Recreation Area, Crosslake MN. Two John Deere Gator 6x4s are offered as trade-ins. The solicitation number W912ES-15-T-0050 is issued as a small business set-aside. The solicitation will be issued in accordance with FAR Part 12, and evaluated in accordance with FAR Part 13 The resultant contract will be a Firm-Fixed Price Contract. The solicitation is set-aside 100% for small business concerns and the size standard is 500 employees. The associated NAICS code is 336999. Offeror must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) located at www.sam.gov prior to contract award. The registration is free. A determination by the government to not award based on the responses to this solicitation is solely within the discretion of the government. Email responses are the preferred method.
