Description
U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Utah City: Salt Lake City Delineated Area: Central Business Area – within two blocks of the new U.S. Courthouse, 351 S. West Temple. Minimum/Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 50,198 Space Type: Office – on continuous floors and located on the 3 rd floor or above Parking Spaces (Total): Parking per local and city codes and designated, secured and assigned parking for 15 Full Term: 20 Firm Term: 10 Additional Requirements: 90 day notice after Firm Term Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 or 500 year flood plain. Expressions of interest that do not include all of the following information will be ineligible and will not be considered: · Building name and address and location of the available space within the building · Rentable square feet available, and expected rental rate per rentable square foot, fully serviced · ABOA square feet to be offered, and expected rental rate per ABOA square foot, fully service. Indicate whether the quoted rental rate includes an amount for tenant improvements and state the amount, if any. · Date of space availability · Building ownership information · Amount of parking available on-site and its cost.
