Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 21, Network Contracting Office will be issuing an Invitation for Bid (IFB), to award a construction contract to a General Contractor for Project 640-396, Expand Emergency Department Facilities. The project consist of the renovation of 5,000 GSF of existing emergency department space and the addition of 3,000 GSF new space to include an expanded nursing stations, exam rooms, ambulance drop off entrance, and associated support facilities in Bldg. 100 located at VA Palo Alto Health Care System, Palo Alto Campus, 3801 Miranda Avenue, Palo Alto, CA 94304. This solicitation will be set aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses only. This announcement supersedes sources sought request under VA261-15-R-0198. This is a pre-solicitation announcement only. Solicitation documents are not currently available. An IFB will be posted in FBO and shall contain bid instructions.
