- NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support (NAVSUP WSS) Mechanicsburg, Pa 17055-0788 is seeking eligible contractors for performance of a broad range of PBL functions to maintain requisition support in accordance with stringent availability and delivery metrics, through such efforts as inventory management, configuration management, obsolescence management, inventory warehousing, transportation and tracking. Spares, and assets to be repaired and/or modified are set forth by manufacturers part number and constitute Government Property as defined in FAR clause 52.245-1 Government Property or 52.245-1 Alternate I, as applicable. NAVSUP WSS is also seeking to determine if there are any commercial items (CI) or non-developmental items (NDI) that will satisfy the repair needs of this forthcoming procurement. In addition, NAVSUP WSS is seeking any eligible small business firms including service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses, certified HUBZone small businesses, and certified 8(a) capable of performing these repairs. Eligible contractors shall provide a submission to Jerome.Burston@navy.mil no later than 29 May 2015 that includes: 1) Company Name and Cage Code 2) Part Number/NIIN eligible to repair 3) Is your company the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM)? 4) Is your company seeking to repair the P/N(s) in #2 as a CI or NDI part? a) What is the CI or NDI repair part that will satisfy these requirements? 5) Is your company capable of repairing the P/N in #2 but your company is not the OEM? a) Explain how your company has the technical capacity to perform the necessary repairs. 6) Is your company a Small Business?
