- The Fort Knox Mission and Installation Contracting Center - Fort Knox intends to award on a sole source basis a contract to Pioneer Camp and Retreat Center to provide meals, billets and facility support for the Army Junior Cadet Leadership Challenge (JCLC) Pioneer in Angola, New York. The period of performance is 7-10 July 2015. This requirement is for the U.S. Army Cadet Command for the Army JCLC JROTC Programs. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE OFFERS and a solicitation will not be issued. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition of this requirement would be advantageous to the Government. If no affirmative written response is received, the award will be made without further notice. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. RESPONSES ARE DUE NOT LATER THAN 21 May by 2:00 PM EST at MICC - Fort Knox, to Amy Perkins at amy.m.perkins9.civ@mail.mil
