PBES RFI 2 Requirements 12MAY2015 PBES RFI 2 Instructions 15MAY2015 REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) 2 On 19FEB2015, the first component (RFI 1) of PBES market research was posted to Fed Biz Ops, which focused on a set of "art of the possible" questions. This second RFI will assess how well the Information Technology Functional Requirements (ITFRs), Technical Requirements (ITTRs) and Lifecycle Support Requirements (ITLSRs) have been defined to meet the Air Force's needs. This market research activity is being called "RFI 2" and will further inform the COA analysis. See above for details on RFI 1. If you are interested in responding to RFI 2, please contact deanna.pierce@us.af.mil no later than COB 27May2015 and confirm participation. If your organization decides to submit a response to RFI 2, responses are due via email to deanna.pierce@us.af.mil no later than 1200 EST 10Jun2015.
