- Amendment 0002 No change is made to the quote due date or time. The amendment must be acknowledged in your quote submission per the 52.212-1 Addendum. Q1: I would like to obtain clarification on whether the subject solicitation is un-restricted or a small business set aside. Page one of the solicitation states "This RFQ is solicited as unrestricted"; however, page 4 incorporates FAR clause 52.219-6 - Notice of Total Small Business Set-Aside. A1: The RFQ is un-restricted. The following clauses are hereby removed: 52.219-6 Notice of Total Small Business Set-Aside and 52.219-14 Limitations on Subcontracting. Q2: The solicitation includes the SCA FAR clause 52.222-41 and states DOL Wage Determination will be attached upon award based on location. In order to ensure compliance in pricing, we need to identify the specific DOL WD version that would be applicable. I understand it is based on location which is dependent upon awardee's location of performance. Are we to utilize the most recent WD version at www.dol.gov for our specific performance location? A2: Yes
