- SCOPE OF WORK ID #: WS-100-3 "THIS IS A PROCUREMENT OPPORTUNITY WITH ADAMS AND ASSOCIATES, INC., AT THE WOODSTOCK JOB CORPS CENTER AND NOT WITH THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT" Adams and Associates, Inc., contracting for the U.S. Department of Labor for the operation of the Woodstock Job Corps Center - a 428 student residential training facility located at 10900 Old Court Road, Woodstock, Maryland is currently soliciting written bids for the below services. All quotes must be submitted in writing to the Purchasing Department by COB 5pm EST on May 27, 2015. Quotes received after the deadline and/or without all requested documentation will not be considered. Project Description: The Center needs rental charter busses for students' summer break departure and pick-up. Scope: Departure: Thursday, June 25 th 2015 All Busses arriving on center at 2:45 pm and departing around 3:15pm 3 (55 passenger) busses to Greenbelt subway station - 5717 Greenbelt Metro Drive (kiss and ride) 1 bus to Richmond VA - first stop Fredericksburg Area/Welcome Center I-95 South at mile 131. Then to Richmond Greyhound Station 2910 N. Blvd (gate 1) 1 bus to Norfolk VA. - Greyhound Station 701 Monticello Avenue. 1 bus to Salisbury 1 st stop Sears Annapolis Mall - 1040 Annapolis Mall Road (food court); 2 nd stop Burger King-8192 Ocean Gateway; 3 rd stop McDonalds - 317 Sunburst Hwy, route 50 and Cedar Street; 4 th stop Save A Lot - 220 Cypress Street. 　 SCOPE OF WORK ID #: WS-100-3 Returning: Monday, July 13 th 2015 Please note: Center will provide Chaperones on buses to Greenbelt only for departure trip (Center will provide transportation for Chaperones from Greenbelt). Chaperones will be provided for return trips for all locations (Greenbelt, Fredericksburg & Richmond, Norfolk, and Salisbury). Vendor must include the Scope of Work Identification number on submitted bid. If unable to quote, please indicate 'No Bid' and return bid package to us. 　 　 SCOPE OF WORK ID #: WS-100-3 Adams and Associates, Inc. reserves the right to reject any bids and select the bid deemed most responsible. Bidders should be aware of bid requirements for federally funded projects and act accordingly. Bidders are placed on notice that this is a competitive bid process and cost is an important fact. Overall low bid does not constitute bid award. Lowest price will not guarantee contract award. Contract award will be based on quality, experience, expertise and price. Woodstock Job Corps Center is a federally funded facility and entitled to GSA pricing. All wages are to be paid per Service Contract Act, see attached, and subject to the Service Contract Act. All question regarding the Invitation to Bid and/or scope of work must be submitted in writing to: brown.denora@jobcorps.org. No phone calls will be accepted. The vendor shall obtain and maintain insurance as follows, if required: Workers Compensation must meet state statutory limit requirements, including those for Employer's Liability, if applicable Comprehensive General Liability with Woodstock Job Corps Center listed as additional insured. ($1,000,000 per occurrence). Comprehensive Automobile Liability ($1,000,000/combined single limit) Fire Legal Liability ($500,000 per occurrence) The proposed shall cover any and all expenses not covered by said insurance including all deductibles. 　. 　 　 1 bus departing @ 3:15pm from Norfolk, VA - Greyhound Station 701 Monticello Avenue. 1 bus departing 4:00pm from Richmond, VA-Richmond Greyhound Station 2910 N. Blvd (gate 1). (Note: no stop in Fredericksburg on the return trip.) 3 (55 passenger busses departing 5:30 pm from Greenbelt subway station - 5717 Greenbelt Metro Drive (kiss and ride) 1 bus departing 3:30pm Salisbury departing 1 st stop Save-A-Lot - 220 Cypress Street; 2 nd stop McDonalds - 317 Sunburst Hwy, route 50 and Cedar Street, departing 4:15 pm; 3 rd stop 7-11 store, 8117 Ocean Gateway - depart 4:30; Sears Annapolis Mall - 1040 Annapolis Mall Road (food Court), departing 5:50pm.
