- ****ATTENTION****ALL FORMAL COMMUNICATION RELATED TO THIS ACQUISITION MUST BE DIRECTED TO DAVID MURPHREE, CONTRACTING OFFICER, CCAM-ALS, VIA email: david.w.murphree.civ@mail.mil, or fax number (256) 955-9237. No telephone requests will be accepted. The purpose of this posting is to announce the extension of the period of performance (POP) for six months to services contract W31P4Q-12-C-0179 which was awarded directly to Integrated Logistics Solutions (ILS), Inc. on 31 May 2012 as a set-aside to Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB). The contract was awarded as a new, on-year base contract, with two one-year options. The nature of this contractual action will be a modification to extend the POP from 1 June 2015 through 30 November 2015. This effort covers services and resources required to plan, analyze, establish, operate and sustain wholesale forward supply activities located at Ft. Bliss, TX and Ft. Sill, OK. The scope of the operation will consist of the full spectrum of material management tasks associated with the management, operation and oversight of these forward wholesale depot activities. This extension will cover a basic requirement for six months for CONUS operations plus a deployment option, and maintenance options for Ft. Bliss, TX; Ft. Sill, OK; and Letterkenny Army Depot (LEAD).
