- Draft RFP W9128F-14-R-0048 - Please submit any questions or comments via ProjNet as part of the Bidder Inquiry (further instructions contained in the draft RFP) by 26 May 2015. The scope of this request for proposal (RFP) includes all work required for Design-Build Construction in Support of POL Facilities - Infrastructure for Various locations in the Continental United States (CONUS), Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories. In Phase 1 of 2 Phase Selection Procedures a target of 15 of the most highly qualified firms, of which a target of 9 being small businesses and 6 being other than small business will be selected by the Government to participate in Phase 2 of this solicitation. This solicitation is open to both large and small business participation. In Phase 2 of this solicitation, the Government intends to award of a target of ten (10) Firm Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) construction contracts for Fuels Support a target of six (6) contracts are reserved for small business and a target of four (4) contracts for other than small business. The work shall be in accordance with Request for Proposal documents issued within this solicitation.
