- Solicitation N39040-15-T-0223. Detailed specifications for the pipe are included at the end of the solicitation (starting on page 40). This requirement is for 800 inches of 6", cres 304, seamless, class iv pipe. pipe is to be Level I QA-A. See Attachment 1 and Exhibit "A" of the solicitation for all the details and specifications for the pipe. Please furnish all proposals on or before 19 june 2015. This requirement is utilizing small business competition procedures.
