- Section B Pricing Sheet Solicitation LCFDL15RFP002 On behalf of Library of Congress/FEDLINK customer, American Battle Monuments Commission, FEDLINK hereby issues a request for proposal (RFP) to existing Basic Ordering Agreement holders who qualified for this procurement process by responding to RFP LCFDL11R7900-FEDLINK Preservation Services to acquire digitization services for archival records prior to sending them to the National Archives. Written responses should include prices and technical data sufficient to determine capability. No telephone calls will be accepted. Ref: LCFDL15RFP002. Contractors may examine the collections in person at the ABMC Headquarters in Arlington, Va. to assist in preparing a proposal. Two pre-proposal conferences have been scheduled: Friday, May 22, 2015 1:00 - 3:00 pm Friday, May 29, 2015 1:00 - 3:00 pm Contact the FEDLINK Contract Specialist, Vanessa Fox, on vfox@loc.gov and flicc-cl@loc.gov to register for a conference. Because of limited space, a maximum of two representatives per vendor will be allowed. FEDLINK is a nationwide interagency consortium sponsored by the Library of Congress. The contract will be awarded in accordance with the Library of Congress Fiscal Operations Improvement Act, P.L. 106-481, Section 103 (2 U.S.C. § 182c.).
