Breakwater W911XK-15-T-0023 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested. Solicitation W911XK-15-T-0023 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ).
