- A15PS00478 New Uniform Specification List BIA OJS Authorized Shipping Address List BIA OJS Law Enforcement Handbook 3rd Edition excerpt Total Small Business Set-aside Department of the Interior, Bureau of Indian Affairs, Office of Justice Services L - Uniforms and accessories using an online ordering service, as required by the Department of the Interior (DOI), Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA), Office of Justice Services (OJS) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only notice; Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation is issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Regulation. The North American Industry classification (NAICS) code is 448190. This acquisition is being solicited as a total Small Business Set-aside. The Period of Performance (POP) shall be from contract award to September 30, 2015, plus four 12-month option periods. The resultant contract will be awarded as a Requirements contract as defined in FAR 16.5. The Government intends to make a single contract award. The Department of the Interior, Bureau of Indian Affairs Office of Justice Services ¿ mission is to provide justice services and technical assistance to federally recognized Indian tribes and communities, and to respect and protect sovereignty through promotion of self-determination. The Division of Law Enforcement under the Field Operations Directorate consists of 9 regional Districts with 208 law enforcement programs. The Office of Justice Services has an ongoing need for a Vendor to provide an online ordering system, uniforms, clothing apparel and other supplementary law enforcement equipment for an estimated 750 employees. It is anticipated that all nine (9) OJS Districts and Divisions will use the contract. The uniforms, training uniforms, and all other uniforms, clothing apparel and other supplementary law enforcement equipment provided by the vendor to OJS shall meet standards set forth by the OJS Law Enforcement written Directives Handbook, 3rd Edition. The Vendor shall provide OJS, at no additional cost per transaction, a secure and reliable online ordering system or a method for the placement and tracking of orders online, and use for regular reporting activity.
