Description

DLA Aviation Richmond is issuing a solicitation to procure one each CNC Spherical Grinding Machine. The solicitation is intended to result in a Firm, Fixed Price Contract with completion requested in 270 days ARO Request for Quote SPM4A8-15-Q-0107 is Full and Open Competition. A complete technical data package, DLA-A-VIBB-14-11-1000, including all design, fabrication, supplies, labor, accessories, installation, and training requirements is included as a part of the solicitation. FOB will be at Destination with preliminary Inspection at Origin and final Inspection and Acceptance at Destination The solicitation will issue on 05/19/2015 and close on 06/30/2015. A site visit will be held on 6/10/2015 at the Puget Sound Naval Shipyard. This synopsis serves to meet the requirements to post solicitations as the RFQ is NOT available on DIBBS. The solicitation will be issued and evaluation performed utilizing FAR 13.5 under the guidance of the Permanent Authority for Use of Simplified Acquisition Procedures. A copy of the solicitation is attached.
