Description
AF66 Template Wage Determination Section 02300 Section 03300 Attached is the soliciation for the Nellis AFB Fencing IDIQ AF3065 Template Subcontractor Consent SOW Drawings in Zip File Section 04810 Section 02821 Bid Schedule - Instructions are located in the solicitation Ref ESE-SIT The 99th Contracting Squadron, Nellis AFB NV, is soliciting proposals for an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) fencing contract in accordance with FAR 5.205(f). Work shall consist of furnishing all labor, supplies, materials, supervision, transportation, equipment, and all else necessary to repair and construct concrete masonry unit (CMU) fencing, chain link fencing, force protection fencing, and various related items at Nellis AFB, Creech AFB, and related sites in Southern Nevada, as may be ordered by the Contracting Officer. The performance period is for a base period of approximately one (1) year with a government option to extend up to four (4) additional years. The minimum guaranteed contract amount is $2,000 for the base period only. The estimated minimum task order amount is $2,000; the maximum contract amount is $4,000,000. The work is required in support of the 99 CES, Base Civil Engineer (BCE) activities. During the contract period, the BCE will identify estimated line item quantities required to complete each specific job and Contracting office will issue individual task orders to the contractor to complete those projects. Proposals will be evaluated based on lowest price, technically acceptable (LPTA) method, that results in the best value to the Government. The solicitation is restricted to SBA certified 8(a) firms located in Region IX. The awarded firm will be required to perform a minimum of 25% of the cost of the contract, not including the cost of materials, with its own employees. The closing date and time for submission of offers will be identified in the solicitation package. No paper copies will be issued.
