- Solicitation Document - SAQMMA15R0183 Attachment C - Customer Satisfaction Survey Attachment B - Past Performance Contract Profile Attachment A - Key Products and Estimated Quatities The Department of State (DOS) is issuing this solicitation to establish multiple award, Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contracts for automotive parts and related supplies in accordance with FAR 12, 15 and 16 procedures. This procurement will be set aside 100% for Small Business concerns. The anticipated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 441310 and the Small Business size is 500 employees. DOS purchases auto parts and accessories for approximately 16,000 vehicles in the motor pool. The fleet types consist of light, medium and heavy duty vehicles, both domestic and foreign manufacturers, and represent approximately 95 manufacturers and 870 different models. Fifteen (15) categories will represent a core list of auto part accessories to include: 1. Tires 2. Brake Pads/Shoes 3. Tools (Metric and SAE) 4. Shock Absorbers 5. Compressor 6. Fuel Pump 7. Air Filters 8. Battery 9. Brake Rotor/Disc 10. Windshield Wipers 11. Electronic Module 12. Drive Belts 13. Headlights 14. Fuel Filters 15. Oil Filters Vendor shall submit all questions no later than 12:00PM EST on 29 May 2015 to HarlowAL@state.gov and AutoParts@state.gov. Questions received after that date may not be answered prior to the date established for the receipt of proposals.
