Description
U.S. GOVERNMENT Unites Stated Department of Agriculture (USDA) seeks to lease the following space: State: OH City: Bethel Delineated Area: Tate Township Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 11,838 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 13,022 Space Type: Office & Light Industrial Parking Spaces (Total): 61 Parking Spaces (Surface): 61 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 61 Full Term: 10 Years Firm Term: 5 Years Option Term: NA Additional Requirements: Offered space must be located on ground level. Subleases are not acceptable. All services, supplies, utilities, and tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. The Government shall have access to the space 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Normal hours of operation are Monday through Friday 6:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (excluding Saturdays and Sundays and Federal Holidays). A minimum of 92 public parking spaces for visitors and employees must be available within a walkable ½ mile of the offered space. These spaces are not required to be reserved, or included in the lease. Government Owned Vehicle (GOV) parking must be fenced and located on-site. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. The proposed leased space shall be fully serviced. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
