- A15PS00612 THIS IS A BUY INDIAN SET ASIDE The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) is soliciting offers to procure for construction supplies for Division of Transportation, Force Accounts Farmington, NM. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation No. A15PS00612, herein cited is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) and will be procured under FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. Solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-80. This acquisition is for a Native American Owned Business Small Business Set-Aside under the Buy Indian Act (25 U.S.C). The NAICS Code is 562299, Size standards $7.5. Scope of Work: Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, supervision, and incidentals necessary to deliver and maintain Four each - standard Portable toilets and two each standard portable toilets with wheels. These will be used at a road construction project located in Cottonwood, Arizona. All toilets shall be cleaned on a weekly basis, adequate supply of toilet tissue, hand cleaner etc. shall be furnished in each toilet. Anticipate a two year rental but may be shortened depending on construction schedule. All materials shall be delivered to a construction project located in Cottonwood, Arizona, delivery shall be coordinated with the Construction Manager who will schedule delivery dates and location Period of Performance: Base Year: Date of award through May 25, 2016 Option Year May 26, 2016 to May 25, 2017. The Government intends to award a single purchase order Submit your quote as follows: Portable Toilet Rental Toilets Maintain Services shall be included and serviced on a weekly basis. All units shall be moved with the construction project. Contractor shall work with the Construction Manager throughout the duration of the contract: 1.
