Description

The DLA -Aviation-VICA, Industrial Plant Equipment Division, Richmond, VA, procure one each Abrasive Water Jet System to include: accessories, IUID Tags, training and on-site installation in accordance with the Purchase Description VIBB 14-11-1139 dated May 20, 2015.. Solicitation is Unrestricted Full and Open competition. The estimated release date of the solicitation will be on or about May 29, 2015 with the anticipated closing date of June 29, 2015. The anticipated award will be made as a firm, fixed-price contract. The award shall be based on lowest price technically acceptable offer. The requested performance is 120 days after receipt of order. FOB at Destination, inspection and acceptance at destination. This solicitation will include provision 52.215-9023, Reverse Auction. Since a Reverse Auction may be conducted, offerors are encouraged to access the Procurex system and review the Reverse Auction help tutorials at: https://dla.ProcureXinc.com (link is case sensitive) to learn more about how to participate in an auction.
