Description

The purpose of this Sources Sought Announcement is to identify potential sources with the technical capability and necessary resources to provide Program Management, Engineering, Logistics, Business, Operations, and System Integration for the Electronic Intelligence (ELINT) subsystem for the Guardrail RC-12X+ program in support of Project Manager, Sensors - Aerial Intelligence, (PM SAI). Sources should have significant & proven experience and understanding of the requirements to design, build, integrate, test, support, and field ELINT capabilities for Army fixed wing aircraft application; development of the software/hardware infrastructure including the development of system level software code necessary to provide the flexibility of coordinated multi-INT operations to include cross-cueing with Full Motion Video. Additional information can be found in the attached file. This Source Sought announcement is a request for information only and does not constitute a solicitation or obligation on the part of the Government. The Government will not reimburse any cost associated with providing information in response to this announcement. All responses to this RFI shall be sent to Robin Dennis, Contract Specialist at robin.n.dennis.civ@mail.mil. Note: This update to original synopsis dated 05 May 2015 extends the response date to 28 May 2015.
