Description: This is a synopsis for commercial services for Base wide Custodial Services with the 27 Special Operations Contracting Squadron at Cannon Air Force Base (CAFB) New Mexico prepared IAW the format in FAR subpart 5.207, as supplemented and addition information included in this notice. Notice to all Offers': This is a Pre-planning Unfunded Requirement. Funds are not currently available for this requirement. No award will be made for this requirement until funds are available. The Governments reserves the right to cancel the requirement before or after closing. The offeror agrees to hold the prices in its offer firm for 90 calendar days form the date specified for receipt of offers. The proposed solicitation is a Request for Proposal (RFP), no FA4855-15-R-0001. This procurement is a competitive HUBZONE set-aside IAW FAR 19.1305. The applicable NAICS code is 561720 Custodial Service, the small business size standard is $18 million. DESCRIPTION: Non-Personal Service: The contractor shall provide all qualified licensed (as required) personnel, equipment, tools, quality control, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform Base Wide Custodial services at CAFB, NM. Custodial Services will be provided in a manner that will maintain a satisfactory facility condition and present a clean, neat and professional appearance. All work to be performed shall be in accordance with all applicable federal, regional, state, local regulatory standards, HAF standards, instructions, and commercial practices in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). This requirement is for the 27 Special Operations Civil Engineer Squadron at Cannon AFB. NM. REQUIREMENT/PRICE SCHEDULE: CLIN 0001 CUSTODAL SERVICES INFORMATION Contractor shall provide all supervision, personnel, equipment, transportation, material, and other items and services necessary to perform custodial services at Cannon AFB, NM in accordance with the PWS and Attachments A, B, C, and D.
