Description

The Federal Aviation Administration is seeking for informational, planning, and pre-decision purposes only, any parties who may be interested in leasing to the Government an approximate range of 9,500 to 11,500 usable total square feet of contiguous first class building space in one office building. The space is to consist of administrative office area for Government employees and include space for technical, storage, and special purpose use. Also, there must be a minimum of 77 off-street parking spaces to be used for employee, visitor, and Government-Owned vehicles. Subleases are not acceptable.
